Radici Nel Cemento is a Reggae band from Rome (Italy), which has started playing in 1993 as 'Roots In Concrete'.
In 1995, they changed their name to 'Radici Nel Cemento'.
Their music and the source of inspiration are Reggae, Dub, Ska and Rocksteady.
In 1996, their first self-titled debut album has been released on 'Gridalo Forte Records' under the name 'Radici Nel Cemento'.
In 1998, they released the international single 'Guns Of Brixton' with Laurel Aitken and Fermin Muguruza, while their latest work is 'Fiesta' 2011.
In June 2012, they launched the new single 'Libera'.
'Libera' is an intense Reggae song with a text full of meaningful words, as the freedom of thought and the respect for all cultures different than their own. The music is not only rhythm, but also an important opportunity for transmitting positive messages.

DOREEN SHAFFER - BIOGRAPHY:
Doreen Shaffer (Born in Jamaica) is a singer of Ska and Reggae music. She's one of the great female voices from Jamaica.
In 1964, she recorded her first single "Adorable You" on Studio One label.
Between 1964-1965, she released some songs with The Skatalites.
During the period 1964 -1994, she worked and performed live occasionally with the band, bud since 1994 she is the lead singer of The Skatalites.
As Doreen Shaffer, she recorded some albums, her first was "The First Lady Of Reggae" 1970, while the latest is "Groovin' 2009.

Baracca Sound is a Sound System of Reggae music from Rome (Italy). It born in 1997 by an idea of three friends: Culla, Pavese and Papa Cloaca.
Their explicit vocation to ragamuffin vocals, has grown to become the reference point for all the DJs that rotate around the "Baracca's movement".
Their sound system scene is considered as an important part of Reggae cultural history in Italy.
Their positive charge, over the years, has promoted several social, cultural and political initiatives of their town. After various experiences and musical collaborations, Baracca Sound released his first Cd self-produced in 2000.
In June 2012, they released their 5th album 'Foundation'.
It includes 18 songs and is made up of sounds that alternate between Ragamuffin and vintage Reggae music. A true concentrate of positive vibrations.

Biography:
In 2007, eleven musicians from different reggae bands, decided to join forces to give birth to Universal Rockers; a project that has continued to grow from strength to strength.
In 2009, they released their first Ep 'Clear&Low'.
After four years of touring the spanish peninsula, the Barcelonian reggae band, Universal Rockers are proud to present their first full-length to the international audience: 'Heavyweight Sound'.
The group offers ten soulful songs, composed by lead vocalist Uri Green, which are messages of freedom, a celebration of life, and songs flung up to the sky, representing a cry of hope; hope so needed in these days and times.
On stage the band delivers a charismatic and energetic performance, captivating the audience. Their songs are original and true to the genre.
